Hello all, finally new post.. Its been such a long time since I add my last post. I have many news and chnages in my life. First and important thinig is that I moved to from Brno to Prague. I am here to as a personal fitness trainer and I have many other activities over here. Many ppl have asked me, if I quit wit F4F. Noooope... but I have been really busy with all things around.. I will start to again soon.:-) But I have to settle up in Prague first and find some new clients. Its not as good as I thought, but it will be better... Its because this xmass time.:-P Btw I hate it.:-D I have so many news and I dont know where to start. I am going to let u know about all in next posts. I started with new project here in Czech republic... I have new site about personal trainings etc. Personal Trainer Martin Ruda unfotunately its just for czech ppl, so it is all in czech, but I will make english version in future too. And I have new youtube channel about it as well Personal Trainer Martin Ruda . Its not all done yet, but we r working on it and I have to bring more videos about excersises. Thats why I stopped all about my site martinruda.com .:-) More news soon, guys... Bye for now...
