Hello guys, I had some soccer tournament today and it was not so fun... But who cares, right? No gym for me today...:-P Btw I am on the diet now again and getting ready for photo shooting and I am on low carbs days now, so I am still tired and with no energy...:-P I will go to party tonight and I will be online tomorrow.. I need some fun after today. See u tomorrow guys..

Hello, I was busy last two days guys, so I was not online even to put some new post.. Anyway I was at the gym on wednesday and I did chest and biceps and on evening I had my soccer training, so I was tired after that all and when I got home I went to sleep.:-) Its always hard, if u r on the diet... On thursday I had many errands, so no gym or any sport for me... My plan for today... I go to the gym with my friend Kuba and then I will be oline for u.. I have 11 am now btw.:-) U can find on my afternoon and evening and maybe at night... so come to have some nice time with me.. cya

Hi guys, it was a busy day for me today.. I had to do some things on building site on morning, then I went to the gym and I did legs.. It was reylla hard work out. I felt like a piece of shit.:-D But I like it that was.:-)) After lunch I had meeting with a guy who is building my website, then I took a nap and after all of that I got online.. Its 10.30pm for me now and I am still online for u guys, so come to my room to have some nice time with me.:-) See u guys...

Hey all, sooooo... I was at the gym today and I did shoulders and ABS... Before gym I had to go to building site and I had to do some work there... It was good, cuz I like to work on constructions.:-) I took a nap after lunch and I got online now, so u can come to say hi and have some nice time with me... Its my evening btw.:-)

Hey guys, it was really good weekend, but it makes me so tired... I did not sleep so much during that weekend so I won get online for u guys and I am sorry for that... Hi all, I was a bit busy last days, so thats why I did not post any new info about my life.:-) Anyway, I was at the gym on thursday and friday and I did back and tricpes, chest and biceps.. I still feel how muscles hurt, but its ok. I was in Prague yesterday with my friend Kuba on OMG party 3some edition and it was really fun. I got drunk and I still have f...ing hangover.:-D That pic was taken on party. We were there as shot boys... I wont be online again today, cuz we r invited to another party. So see u tomorrow and hopefully with no hangover. :-)

Hey all, my legs hurts me as hell from yesterday's gym. I was really good and hard work out. And about today... It was a lazy day...
