Hey all, I am really happy, cuz in last two days we did alot on my website and I can say it will be launched really soon. We still have some work left, but it looks good now, so dont waste your time and lets chceck it out.:-) I was at the gym today and did some more stuff at home. I did shoulders and ABS at the gym today. I still have photoshoot line up before and I have to keep the diet again... :-P

Do not forget guys I am busy and I always log on when I can..during my free time.  You can always check, if I am online on F4F and come to say hi and there you can easily find out, if I am online and up or not, for more action with u.;-)

I would like to ask you to help me out, please and I also wanted to ask u guys, if u want to get registered on F4F and enjoy fun with me or later maybe with someone else, use my banners here on blog pls. I was looking for some piece of meat, but unfortunately not alone.:-)) hehe.. I go to the gym every day now. But now I feel I need a rest for one day at least. Btw we r still working on my site an it will be launched soon  I hope. We changed some things and it looks much better now.:-)

Hey all... how is it going, guys? Its was lazy sunday for me. I was in Prague for one casting yesterday, so I decide to get some more reast today. I was only in te gym and did legs. I was only one hard thing today, hehe... I dotn hve so much construction work now, so I will be online more finally and u can see me again.

Today's picture is from my last photoshooting. I have much more  pics and I will bring u more of them later. I am still busy with my construction work and usually so tired of it. I try to go to the gym as much as I can, but for exmaple I did not have any time for gym last week, so u can see I am really busy.:-P I plan to traveol to the US in about 2 months and I cant wait... I am really looking forward to it...
