Hey all, it was really fun last days. I wanted to enjoy my last days without diet, so must know how my weekend looked like. Alcohol and parties. It was fun, but I am glad its behind me.:-D Now im on my diet again and its gonna be hard for me next 8 weeks, but I want to be nice and slim guy again.:-D I went to play soccer, then gym, and then soccer training with my team yesterday... I did legs at the gym and I it was an crazy idea, cuz I almost cant walk now.:-)) So it was fun last days and was tired and lazy, so thats why i did not add new posts. So it time to work now...

Hello to all my  friends , fans  and supporters  Welcome  to my blogsite...

Its gonna be a hard sport day for me, but thats  the way i like it.;-) My plan for today: soccer, gym, soccer. I will start in about one hour.:-) I could live without sport guys.... I will get online my evening for u, so u can find me at your afternoon time i guess. I fell asleep yesterday and I was not online as i promised, so i apologize for that.:-( U know its not always easy for me to stay awake, especially if i want to be online at good time for u, cuz I have late night.:-P We have alot of snow now in Czech and my dog loves it. So when I get home after gym I will take her for a walk a bit.:-) And I will bring  u a picture of her in snow tomorrow.:-)) I bet its really interesting for u.:-D See u later guys... It was a good day today.. Not busy, not lazy.:-) I was at the gym and I did shoulders and triceps. I did shoulders really good and then I did triceps only with low weights. It was enough anyway after shoulders. I have  5 last days before i start with my diet again. I am going to be on the diet for next 8 weeks.:-) So I hope i will get into a good shape.:-) I will get online your evening guys, so dont be lazy and come to have some nice time with me....

Hey guys, it was a good day today for me. I was at my mom's place with my dog and we took a walk with all mom's dogs. That was fun, cause she has 4 dogs.:-D I went to the gym after that and did chest, ABS.;-)) I was hungry and tired as hell after the gym, so when I got home I ate alot of rice and went to sleep. I got online at 2 am my time and I am online now for u. Its your afternoon I guess... So come to say hi at least.;-)

hey all... finally new post .:-)) All what have been doing last days was gym and soccer.:-) I am working as well, but its really bad. Whats wrong? Hey hey guys... About yesterday... I had some indoor soccer with my friends on morning and my sooccer training on evening with my   team. No gym yeterday and no gym today...:-P I was lazy.:-) But im gonna go to the gym tomorrow for sure and I have soccer training as well, so it will be busy sport day... Hello to all my  friends , fans  and supporters  Welcome  to my blogsite...

Wohoooo, I am back.:-D Im sorry I did not updated my blog recently guys. I was too lazy and i even did not work so much... I have only played soccer and squash.:-D I needed some free time and enjoy it without work, but dont worry im back and online again.:-) U r not gonna lose me.;-)) All my injuries r the past and I am ready to join my soccer team. I hope that new year started well for u guys, but i must say that it was that good start for me.:-P But it will get better soon I hope. U can still order for my calendar, cause I still have some left, so feel free and contact me, if u r interested. I am online on F4F now, so u can come to my room for some nice time.;-) I will stay onle for moe couple hrs, but I have to go to sleep soon, cause I have a game in indoor soccer tomorrow morning and training with my team my evening... have a good rest of the day guys and peace for all.:-))
