Hey all.. I have been working all day long. Hello to all my  friends , fans  and supporters  Welcome  to my blogsite...

Oooohhh my... I forgot to add post yesterday.. I was in rush on evening, cause we went to party last night with our friends and it was wild.:-)) I will bring u some pics later this week. Sunday was a cool day... We did jog and we were at the gym. We were working a bit , but nothing special happened at day. Then we went to party and we got drunk as hell.. It was a hard night.:-D I got hangover, but its not anything special.. Btw I lost my new jacket and burned my hand.. I was too wild probably.:-D We were sleeping and resting all day long today and I feel I am not 100% ok. So its time to stop wit parties and I should better get back to work. I will go online in few mins, so come to see me. Btw our last week in US is just starting. I must say it was a good and nice time here and I know will come back one day. Maybe next year.;-)

No much news today guys. We slept solong as usual and after lunch we went to the gym. We did back and it was that hard work out today, but its enough to keep in shape. It was busy, tierin day full of fun. We woke up at 7 am and after breakfast we went shopping to outlets. I were shopping all day long and it was really fun. we got alot of nice things and I am glad I have finally something for my family for christmas.:-)) After we came back for the one biggest outlet near to Palm springs we were eating all the time till now.:-D I am full as hell and I will not go online, because of it, cause I look faaaaat.:-))) So see u tomorrow guys.;-)

Hello guys and first of all... Happy Thanksgiving day to all of ya! It was lazy day after funny days

in Vegas... We slept till 11am and then went to the gym. It as hard work out after all alcohol in Vegas.:-D I slept a few more hours after gym as well. Hello to all my  friends , fans  and supporters  Welcome  to my blogsite...

Did u miss me?:-) I am back, guys.... I spent 3 days in Vegas without internet and work. It was such a fun... Alot of drinks, tooo much alcohol and gambling.:-D It was expensive trip, but its worth it. I am pretty sure I will be back one day. Vegas is fancy city made just for me.:-D I took alot of pics and videos with my friend Kuba and I'm gonna add some of them on facebook, so u can check it out there. I will make some video of our pics too.:-) Something like it was in movie The hangover, if u know that movie.:-)) I need so get some rest and then get back to work. Btw I need a bit more gym and more strict diet now, cause it was 3 diet free days and I need to burn all the fat what I got.:-D But it was really fun. Today picture was taken on the way to Vegas somewhere in the desert. It was nice weather, but cold wind.:-P I hope u all r fine and great thanksgiving to u all guys. Today was a good day... Boooring like others, but good anyway. We went to the gym right about 45 mins after we woke up and we did legs. It was really hard and good work out. My legs was tired as hell, but it was a good feeling... since we get back to home and had some lunch we have been working. I'm so excited now... I am heading to Vegas tomorrow and its gonna be fun... We will take 3 diet free days and we will get drunk.:-) Finally some fun... I will post some pics on here later. It was really lazy day today. We sletp till 10.30, because we were working late last night again. Then I had to go to post to send some stuff to my fans and after lunch we took a nap. After nap we got online on F4F and we have been working all day again. So nothing special, right? But I must say I am really looking forward to Vegas. I'm so excited of it. Finally... I was at the gym finally... I did chest and ABS... It was good hard work out. No breaks, just excersising. Then lunch and I had rice.. It was sooo great to have some 'food' finally.:-D To get some good carbs to my body. I was in WU today for money for stuff what one friends wants me to send to him (my socks etc..;-) ), he is my big fan probably. And I was surprised how it works in US. But its cool. I would call today's picture like 'wanna fight with me?'.:-D Hehe... That is how I look like  since today... Kuba said, come on I will give u a new haircut, u r gonna be a cute guy and u can see ther result of that on this picture.:-D I look like a tenis ball.:-)))) So it was fun today and I want my hair back.:-D I had some photo shoots tomorrow and it was really fun. I was oiled up by natural pam oil.:-))) It looked good and I liked that pics.. Nude pics, btw.;-) Then I was working and eating... I deserved alot of carbs today after days with low carbs.:-P Work on F4F was really bad tonight, so we decided at 10.30 pm to go jogging.... It was great jogging through night streets of LA. We just got home a while ago, so thats why I am late with new post. Today was a tierin day... I was with Kuba on his shooting all day long and its was hard for me to sit and watch it all day.:-D Things changed and we didnt go to Palm springs on the end and we were in LA, but it was fuun anyway. Hello to all my  friends , fans  and supporters  Welcome  to my blogsite...

I slept till 11 am today again.:-P Was warkiing late last night again. I dont like it especially, if i work for free.:-( I hope I will get some more sleep tonight. I am working now guys, so come to spend some time with me.;-) sooooo.... after lunch my friend Kuba has some photo shooting and we went to Venice beach and I took some pics and vids behind the scenes...  I was very useful.:-D It was fun.. Nice day on the beach and some fun finally. Then we get hoome, had dinner and now we r going to work till midnight max.:-P I want to go to sleep early today. We r gonna go to Palm sprinigs tomorrow for his next shooting, so it will be fun as well.:-) I will be online later for u guys then. It was a lazy day today. we slept till lunch almost, cause we worked really late last night, so we were not at the gym as well.:-P We worked a bit after lunch and then we just went outside to grocery store for some salads... We were jogging around 8pm and since we finish jog and dinner we have been working. So not many news today, but tomorrow is gonna be a fun day.:-))  More news tomorrow guys and now u can stop at my room on F4F and say hi. hehe And dont forget that Narc has a birthday on 16th.:-))

Hello to all my  friends , fans  and supporters  Welcome  to my blogsite...

It was a hard morning today. I was working late last night, till 3.30 and I could not open my eyes on morning, but I did it in the end.:-D I was in the gym also and it was hard work out, cause i am on days with low crabs and its always hard. No carbs= not much energy.:-P We did shoulders and triceps. it was good, but hard. After gym and lunch I came online and I have been working... So if u have some free time and u want to see me online, just come to my room and say hi at least..-) Today picture was taken after our training at Gold's gym in North Hollywood in LA... Today was a next booooring day.:-D We had only fun in the gym. We did legs and it was really hard work out, but I felt so good after that. It was hard especially, If I am on low carb day and I have no sugars= no energy... I worked on morning a bit and now I am working again, so u know where to find me, if u want to. My shooting what was supposed to be tomorrow morning is canceled again and its removed on wednesday probably. Btw guys my birthday is coming and its on 16th of november, so I want some big presents.:-D hehe just joking...
