Hello, I cought my self how I miss this onine work.. I had work on constructions agai, but have been thinking of all of ya  guys... I got online today..my afternoon and evening... waiting for all my friends.;-) 

Do not forget guys I am busy and I always log on when I can..during my free time.  You can always check, if I am online on F4F and come to say hi and there you can easily find out, if I am online and up or not, for more action with u.;-)

I would like to ask you to help me out, please and I also wanted to ask u guys, if u want to get registered on F4F and enjoy fun with me or later maybe with someone else, use my banners here on blog pls. So much construction work again, guys. Dont have time or energy to get online these days. I will try it as soon as possible, but still have to work on bulding site as well. Cheating on gym too and that sux.:-)) My diet is in ruins too.:-D I need to eat, cuz need so much energy and it cant go with the diet together. Hope it will be better in few days again and will see u soon..

My plan for today. I will go to the gym probably and willd o some work at home... Will go to do some work to the building site as well, but its only for 2 hrs maybe. Will get online on my evening and will stay for few hrs finally. Its going to be very nice day here in czech, so I will spend some time outside with dogs.... have fun guys and see u later.. :-)

Hhi all, its unbelievable, but everytime I want to be more online I get some more construction work... I had crazy time and alot of work last days.. Its better now and i can be more online... again.;-) I still try my best and go to the gym every morning.. thats my only fun.:-)) See u soon online.. and dont forget I more online on skype for u and do more shows.;-)
