Hi guys, last few days did not bring anything special new... I hope that after new year will things get better for me in Prague and I will start again and will solve my problems asap. i hope u all r doing fine.. Its a bit cold here in Czech now, but its still warm for a winter time. I was at the gym today and did shoulders and calves. It was not so hard work out, but I am glad I did somethiing at least. I am still getting used to work out in new gym and and use new equipment. Its not so easy... I lost my intensity trainings, but i try to get back. Todays picture is from my new site about personal fitness training, but it is unfortunately only for czech ppl.. I will work on it and i will try to translate it to english, if u will be interested.:-)
Do not forget guys I am busy and I always log on when I can..during my free time. You can always check, if I am online on F4F and come to say hi and there you can easily find out, if I am online and up or not, for more action with u.;-)
I would like to ask you to help me out, please and I also wanted to ask u guys, if u want to get registered on F4F and enjoy fun with me or later maybe with someone else, use my banners here on blog pls.
