Hello guys, friends and all suporterrs. Since I was on the diet and lost alot of muscles I decide to gain some more muscles back. I have not had proteins or any others suplements over half year. Now I would like to get some suplements to make muscles grow... Only proteins and some No explode fo rthos who understand what I am talking about.;-) If there is someone who can or want help me with that, feel free to contact me and lets work on it together.;-) Thx in advance for any offers, guys. Btw I was at the gym today and it was a good work out today. I felt I am full of energy and it was great.:-) I will get online my afternoon and hope to see you guys.I was online only for 3 hours yesterday and went to sleep, cuz I was tired, but it was a good shift. I plan to be online as much as I can now. I have some other work, but I will get online anyway...
