Hello to all my friends , fans and supporters Welcome to my blogsite... Big news guys, I am working on official website of mine where u can find photo and video galleries and much more, its coming soon, so stay with me and check www.martinruda.com ... Hi guys, I wont be online during weekend probably, cuz I go to Prague till monday, but I will do my best to get online for u. Whole my body hurt me as hell... Last 3 days at the gym were really hard.. I need to take some rest of gym now for two days. But I will be back soon and stronger than before... Do not forget guys I am busy and I always log on when I can..during my free time.
