Hey all, I am glad that some of u r still in contact with me on facebook etc.. These days r busy again for me. Construciton work and gym and diet at the same time is a hard thing.:-P I still hope I will get my ass to states this year and I will not stay in czech..:-P If someone wanna help with anything, feel free and contact me. All help will be so appreciated...

Do not forget guys I am busy and I always log on when I can..during my free time.  You can always check, if I am online on F4F and come to say hi and there you can easily find out, if I am online and up or not, for more action with u.;-)

Hope u all have a great day today.. I got only bad messages, but as I am s trong person I can handle it somehow.. I was on building site on mornig and then went to gym. Did back today. I have 2 pm now and some construction work ahead of me.. Will be back on evening and I wil get online for u then... btw I found out I need some more undies etc, so if u wanna send me some u can or u should..;-) hehe so contact me for it... thx...

hey there, it was so difficult to get online last coupúle days. I got some more construction work again and had to be on building side. My next photoshooting in Switzerland was canceled for now.:-P I have next one mid of October, so I stil lhave to be on the diet. I go to the gym everyday on morning before work and I am really tired now. So i take some free time from gym. Probably on weekend, cuz I have some soccer tournament on saturday and it will be good cardio for me. I will try to bring u some pics from soccer tournament... ;-)

I changed my plans on morning and got online for u instead to go to the building site for more consturction work. O have been online all day on F4F or skype. U can find me on livejasmin.com too. No gym for me today and no other work, only many hours online... I have to take a nap and get some rest after 7 hours online and I wil get online again on my afternoon and evening.. so see u later guys...

It was a good day today... was very nice weather and I have had a good mood all day long... I was at the gym before lunch... after gym I had some errands.
