Hey, Its saturday and it is really hot here in czech, but I think its not only over here.:-P I went to the gym anyway and did legs... It was a hard work out and my legs r on fire right now, but thats the way I like it.;-) I will take my dog Misa for a walk now and I will get online later today....

Do not forget guys I am busy and I always log on when I can..during my free time.  You can always check, if I am online on F4F and come to say hi and there you can easily find out, if I am online and up or not, for more action with u.;-)

Hi guys, I spent a half day on building site and working. I need to eat something now and after lunch I go to the gym. I am tired, but I must be strong and get me into a good shape whatever it takes. I have some errands after gym and on evening I am going to watch soccer on TV. Its second semifinal on EURO soccer championship. Do u watch it as well, guys?

Hello all, I am still kind of busy with my construction work and tjats why I dont get online so much. I go to the gym almost everday and try to do my best... I need to be ready soon, cuz I have photoshoot line up and it means I must be in shape... And I hope I will travel to the US in about 2-2,5 months... What's up, guys... I still have alot of work on building site, which is good, but I dont have my time and aspecially energy to get online. I try to go to the gym as much as I can... It means every day for a while.:-) At least something... I was in Prague for one good paid casting, so we will see... I have to be on strict diet now, cuz I have some photoshooting on wednesday, so I try to get to the better shape right now.. Ihope I will be able to bring u some pics later of it..
