Big news guys, I am working on official website of mine where u can find photo and video galleries and much more, its coming soon, so stay with me and check www.martinruda.com ...

Mom is finally back at home and she will be fine... thx to all who asked me how is she and who gave some support. I was at the gym and did chest and triceps today.:-) Its still hard on the diet, but what doesnt kill,makes u stronger, huh?;-) I have been online for a few hours and its not that bored today like other days... at least i can speak with fiends on public chat.:-D 

Do not forget guys I am busy and I always log on when I can..during my free time.  You can always check, if I am online on F4F and come to say hi and there you can easily find out, if I am online and up or not, for more action with u.;-)

My is still at the hospital and I musta take care about her things. I was online druing the day and even did not go to the gym... When I got home at my evening I was so tired and I went to sleep... It was busy day at all today.:-P Hope it will be better tomorrow and I will get online more.;-)

Hey all, I can believe how fast time goes by... I thought it is about only one or two days since I added last post and its much longer...:-)) Strange... I still go to the gym as much as I can, but unfortunately I was not there today, cuz I had to take my mom to the doctor.. she has some serious problems with her back.. I do alot more cardio than before now and I am slowly getting used to it, but its hard, since I gained some more kgs.:-P :-)

Movie star is coming...;-)) Thats how i would call this picture..;-) It was not so busy day yesterday... I was online during my morning, then went to the gym for hard work out of my back and biceps... Then I had some errands.. and did some other things... We atill have very nice sunny weather, so i took my dog Misa for a walk.... I was a bittired, so I did not go online on my evening or at night and I went to sleep instead...pffff... and now.. my plan for today... I go to the gym for more cardio... I am on he diet and I need to get ripped soon.. thats why I have to do more cardio now, even if I dont have energy.. Then I have to do some hings and buy some suplements... and I will get online on my evening.. I hope I wont be as tired as yesterday.. cya, guys :-)

Hi, guys.... its my morning and for the most of u is late night or late vening I bet... I am online, but its too slow...:-)) today¨s pic is with my dog Misa. Isn¨t she cute?:-) She is still with me, even if I am online and I do my shows... My little MIsa is stll watching me.;-)) Sunday was lazy, but we have really nice weather finally... I changed wheels on my car and washed it... I took some rest and watched some movies... just chillin with my dog.. hehe...
