Hey guys, today's picture was taken a while ago during my pohotoshoot in Switzerland. Some ppl wanted to take a pic with me, cuz it was really unusual for them to see half naked guy on the top of the mozntain.:-D It was really cold, but I was brave enough to shoot some nice pictures there.:-) I have a free day from gym today, so I got online and I am going to be online for u most of the day today.... U know where to find me, if u would like to say hi.;-)

Hello all, I am not going to be online tonight for u, cuz I have some other work.:-P And my friend is about to come... I go to the gym as much as I can and I am doing rally good, cuz I gained about 4 kgs in one and half week... I am not so ripped right now, but it will come. :-) I wil get online tomorrow and I hope I will see u.;-) Even, if I am not on the diet I got some pohotoshooting offers, hehe. I am perfect, so I can photo shoot veen i f i am not ripped and I look i am fat, hehe.:-D::-D

Hey all, It was a lazy day for me today.. I had some errands and no gym for me today. I got some good news about one competition where I want to be.:-) BUt more info about later.;-) I should not be talking about it yet... Good morning from Czech... I was a bit busy during weekend, but unfortunately not with the gym.:-P Im gonna work out today finally and i have "easy" day plan A.:-) How was your weekend, guys? I will get online my afternoon and at night. I need some oats with protein now for breakfast and then I go to the gym... see u later...

Hiiiiii, today¨s picture was taken during my photo shooting in Switzerland. It was so cool over there on mountains.. BUt it was a bit cold.:-D so whats new, guys? I still go to the gym almost every day and work on some more muscle mass.... first week of gaining is behind me and I gained about 2 kgs.... and next 5 weeks is in frnt of me. I like this style of work out. Its nice change after looong time. I have a free day tomorrow, so I have to rest a bit and let muscles to get new energy.:-) I will be online some more hours tonight, so come to have some nice time with me.;-)

What's up, guys... I have 6 weeks to gain some more muscles... I am preparing for some contest in few months.. I want to be a bit bigger, thats why only 6 weeks.. andd the rest of the time i will be on the diet.:-) I changed my work out plan and this is much different and harder than my routine exercise.:-) I have easy training for 2 das, then 1 free day regeneration and next two days hard training.. all is in high intensity, so u cant push big weights. I like it this way.:-) I will be online almost all day long today, so u know where to find me.;-)

Hey guys, I was a bit busy with the diet and I had a photo shoot on saturday. It was so cool... we had alot of fun.. I had to work with two girls.:-D pfff... but we have really great pics.. I like it sooo much. I will bring some soon.. asap when I be allowed to put them online.:-) One more news from my life.. I have 6 weekes of working on my muscle mass in front of me.. It will be hard.:-P and then diet again and preparing to photoshooting. I have some more work on constructions too, so it will be hard for me to work everywhere and than go to the gym and have hard training, but I can do it. This is the first day today.. so we will see in 6 weeks what happens and how much bigger I am going to be..:-)
